Mars Had a Massive Ocean Billions of Years Ago!

Scientists just discovered that the Red Planet Mars didn't just have rivers and lakes like we thought — it might have had a HUGE ocean covering much of the planet billions of years ago! The water has long since disappeared, but this discovery helps us understand what Mars was like when it was young. Now we're wondering: could ancient life have lived in that Martian ocean?
