A group of clever university students created their own special detector to search for axions, which are invisible particles that might be hiding all around us in space. Using creativity and teamwork instead of tons of money, they built a "cosmic radio" to listen for these mysterious particles that could explain one of the biggest unsolved puzzles in science. These young scientists proved that you don't need a huge laboratory to do real, amazing research!
