Scientists discovered that listening to music you love while exercising makes you go way longer without getting tired! People on bikes who listened to their favorite songs lasted almost 20% longer than people exercising in silence, and they didn't even feel more exhausted. Your brain basically tricks your body into thinking the workout is easier when the beat is pumping!
