Ancient Human Cousins Lived Together Millions of Years Ago!

Scientists in Ethiopia found super old bones showing that two different early human species lived at the same time, about 2.6 to 2.8 million years ago! This discovery completely changes what we thought we knew about how humans evolved, because we used to think one type turned into another in a straight line, but really there were lots of different human cousins living together like a big family tree. Now scientists are trying to figure out what these ancient relatives ate and if they had to compete with each other for food!
