Your Brain Is the Secret Coach Making Your Body Stronger!

Scientists found that your brain keeps sending special signals to your muscles even after you stop exercising, and these messages are what actually make you stronger and more able to run and play longer. When researchers turned off these brain signals in mice, the animals couldn't build up their strength even though they still exercised—which means your brain is doing some invisible muscle-building work behind the scenes!
