An Ice Age Toad Has Just Been Discovered in Los Angeles!

Scientists digging in a famous bubbly tar pit have found the bones of a brand-new species of toad from the Ice Age! This little hopper lived thousands of years ago alongside giant woolly mammoths and sabertooth cats. Who knew that such a tiny creature could survive the deep freeze of the past, waiting all this time to be found?
