Brilliant inventors have used a glowing laser beam to create a real-life plasma (a super-hot, electric gas) antenna that looks just like a Star Wars lightsaber! This amazing beam of light can shape-shift to send radio signals anywhere in an instant, which could help us talk to astronauts in deep space. How cool would it be to send a text message using a blade of pure light?
