Shedd Aquarium Welcomes Four Rescued Beluga Whales from Closed Canadian Park

Four beluga whales have successfully arrived at Chicago's Shedd Aquarium following an approved emergency transfer from a shuttered marine park in Ontario. The whales are the first of roughly 30 marine mammals being relocated to specialized care facilities through a coordinated rescue effort between Canadian and U.S. authorities.
