Hormone Therapy Linked to Significantly Lower Risk of Alzheimer's in Large-Scale Study

A major study of over 21,000 participants found that women who used estrogen-only hormone therapy later in life had 39% lower odds of a dementia diagnosis. Brain autopsies and biomarker tests also revealed significantly fewer physical signs of Alzheimer's, including a 35% reduction in amyloid plaques and tau tangles.
