A new study from Finland reveals that regular coffee drinkers tend to have less abdominal fat and more muscle mass than non-drinkers, even with similar body weights. Researchers also found that higher coffee intake is linked to healthier metabolic markers and lower levels of amino acids associated with diabetes risk.
