A maternal RSV vaccination program in the UK has achieved remarkable success, cutting the number of infants admitted to intensive care with the virus by more than half. Data from the UK Health Security Agency showed ICU admissions dropped from 131 to just 63 across the same 20 monitored hospitals compared to the previous winter.
